This is one of my favorite looks... I love the dress and I love the boots... I'm a sucker for fashion & these super fab boots completely alter this fun and flirty ruffle tiered dress!Which is exactly why I would dress it down, maybe even adding a cute denim jacket... or a cowboy inspired hat!!!
